General Profile of Research
The research work of electrical engineering school is closely combined with the needs of the local economic construction, strengthens the Industry-Academy-Research cooperation, and builds the institute with four enterprises. It actively organizes multidisciplinary joint research, leading to more stable research directions, including process parameters detection and intelligent control technology, information fusion and novel sensing technology, control theory and applications of complex systems ,electrical equipment testing and information processing technology, intelligent control of electrical appliances，biomedical signal and information processing technology. In recent years, our college has undertaken more than 50 items such as the national "863" project, the national natural science foundation, Hebei province science and technology support projects, Hebei province natural science foundation and so on, which got the first prize of the progress of science and technology, the Hebei province science and technology progress prize , third prize of scientific and technological progress in Hebei Province , and earned project funds nearly 30 million. Published 536 academic theses, including more than 300 papers in SCI, EI; published 10 monographs; won six national invention patents; achievements transformation more than 50 items, and created economic benefits up to 859 million , plays a more and more important role in the regional economic construction and social development.
